What is the age range for the top gun?

I have a player who will be 16 and wanted to know if he could play.

Yesss another tournament in the bay area! Is the turn out usually good for this one? Wow top gun is a bit high! I may jus sign up for comp to save some money.

This tourney is not in the Bay Area. This tourney is in bakersfield but should be a real good turnout!!
