We would like to thank the AFG for a great season and the best competition in Northern California. It was a well ran season with the best facilities!!! Once again you guys had a successful turnout and something to look forward to in the future. Theres nothing more exciting then playing Bombs Away in a big game. Elmar is a veteran that always brings his A game and veteran experience and ALWAYS shows class. Also hats off to wreck n crew who (for a few weeks) was not in the playoff picture and turned the season around to make it to the championship. We'll see more of you in the future. Also conrats to Jeremy from Turfhoppers for stepping up when his QB wasnt there and winning some HUGE games to place his team as the #1 seed. Hope to see the AFG run another season real soon.

Congrats to The State!
Thank you to all that have a hand in the league. This is the a standard of how all leagues should be ran. You do a great job, and we can't wait to give it another run next season.... It has been a pleasure playing with you all.

Special thanks to Elmar for keeping his shirt on for most of the season. Thanks to Saleem for not fighting the first DB that he felt pass interferanced him. Thanks to Fazz's team for not going 0-10 this year. Thanks to Fred Amin for not taking half of the Afghans in for mortgage fruad once he got back from his "Government" job. Thanks to Chris from the state for going a season without taking anything on the message board personal. Thanks to Tommy and Larry for being around Afghans for three seasons and still be brave enough to referee games. Thanks to the younger teams in the league for not jacking peoples wallets and bags during half time like in season two. Again thanks to everyone and we look forward to summer 2008.
